The manipulation of different objects, textures and techniques has always been part of Vini Meio's work. For some people, all of his picture frames are considered sculptures. Thus, expanding the research on distortion to other surfaces was the natural path of research in the artist's last years.

A manipulação de diferentes objetos, texturas e técnicas sempre fez parte do trabalho de Vini Meio. Para algumas pessoas, todas as molduras de suas pinturas são consideradas esculturas. Com isso, expandir a pesquisa da distorção para outras superfícies foi o caminho natural de pesquisa dos últimos anos do artista.
